This page explains what every team member (Unicians) needs to know in order to effectively contribute at Unicis.

All hands

Unicis organizes a meeting called the “All hands” every month. All team members, both internal and external, are required to attend the monthly “All Hands” meeting. All meetings are recorded and team members who can’t attend should watch the recording within a few days.

What is EOS?

EOS stands for the Entrepreneurial Operating System — a set of tools and practices that help Unicis stay focused, aligned, and executing on our vision. It is the operating system for how we run the company.

If you are new to EOS, do not worry. This page explains the core concepts in plain language.

This page contains information that managers and other leaders at Unicis should know about running a great company.

Leadership Philosophy

I spent years as a CISO blocking things — stopping product launches, rejecting vendors, enforcing policies that slowed teams down. Now I build tools so founders don't face that wall.

Product roadmap

The Unicis product roadmap is transparent and can be found via the Unicis Feedback portal. However, strategy and priority information is handled internally on a Strategic Level and later reflected in the internal GitLab repository and on the Feedback portal.
